WHO IS IN CHARGE OF THE SHIPMENT AND HOW LONG WILL IT TAKE FOR MY ORDER TO ARRIVE?

NATIONAL

Peninsula: Shipping is done by GLS and delivered within 24 business hours.
Balearic Islands: Shipping is done by GLS and delivered within 48-72 business hours.
Canary Islands, Ceuta and Melilla: Shipping is done by Correos and delivered within 48-72 business hours.


INTERNATIONAL

Andorra and Portugal: Shipping is done by Correos and delivered within 48-72 business hours.
Germany, France, Monaco, Great Britain, Italy, Belgium, the Netherlands, Luxembourg, Denmark, Austria and the Czech Republic: Shipping is done by GLS and delivered within 48-72 business hours.

Orders placed on a business day before 2:00 p.m. are prepared and shipped the same day. All purchases made after 2:00 pm are handled the next day.

The delivery time counts from when GLS collects the order from our logistics center until it delivers it to the indicated address. You will be able to know when your order has been collected because you will receive a confirmation email from GLS.

WHAT IS THE ORDER DELIVERY TIME?

Orders are delivered on working days between 9:00 a.m. and 7:00 p.m.


HOW CAN I KEEP TRACK OF MY ORDER?

As soon as your order lea
ves our warehouse, you will receive a confirmation email from GLS. In this email a link with which you can track online and know the status of the order at all times will appear.

CAN I CHANGE THE DELIVERY ADDRESS AFTER I HAVE PLACED AN ORDER?

If your delivery is done by Correos (Canarias, Ceuta, Melilla, Andorra y Portugal) when you receive the confirmation email from GLS, you will have the option to change the delivery address for a Post office.

If your delivery is done by GLS (rest of destinations including Spain peninsula and Balearic Islands) when you receive the confirmation email from GLS, you will have the option to change the place and delivery date. Of course, do it the sooner the better, because if the order is already in distribution you will not be able to change it.

CAN I COLLECT MY ORDER AT A DELEGATION ORCOLLECTION POINT?

If your delivery is done by Correos (Canarias, Ceuta, Melilla, Andorra y Portugal) when you proceed with your order you can indicate the address of your nearest CityPaq. Moreover, once the order is placed, you can modify the delivery address to a Post office when receiving the shipping confirmation email.

If your delivery is done by GLS (rest of destinations including Spain peninsula and Balearic Islands) When you receive the confirmation email from GLS, you can change the place of delivery by a GLS delegation or parcelshop.

WHAT HAPPENS IF I AM NOT AT THE SHIPPING ADDRESS AT THE TIME OF DELIVERY?

Carriers will attempt to deliver the order to the address you have provided to us. 

In case you are absent, the following business day they will try to make a second delivery.

In the case that they cannot locate you either, the order will remain in the delegation in your area so that you can pick it up when it suits you.


CAN I CANCEL AN ORDER?

If you want to cancel an order, write to us at hola@maarfragrances.com and if the order has not yet left our warehouse we can cancel it.

CAN I MAKE RETURNS?

Sure! You have 14 calendar days from the delivery of the order to return the perfumes you do not want.

Remember that the products must be returned as they were delivered, that is, in their original packaging, without having been opened or damaged or dirty.

The 1 ml sample that we include in all orders, you can open and, obviously, you do not have to return. That's what it's for, so you can taste the fragrance and be sure of your purchase 😊

DO I HAVE TO PAY THE RETURN COSTS?

In the event that the return is for reasons not attributable to MAAR (due to an error when making the purchase or because after trying the 1 ml sample of your order, the fragrance does not convince you), you will have to bear the cost of the return.

In the event that the return is for reasons attributable to MAAR (defective product), we will be in charge of collecting the products, taking charge of the costs associated with this return.

HOW CAN I PROCEED WITH THE RETURN?
